Wise men (rishis) perceived the cosmology of how life and matter are interconnected. How long is the Wisdom of Ayurveda Course?

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts upon your enrollment and continues for the life of the course. You may complete the course at your own pace and return to it anytime. You should plan on at least one week for implementation of the exercises per module. Of course, you may take as long as you like with each module. Reach out to me in the private Wisdom of Ayurveda Facebook group or via email at [email protected] with any questions.
How long do I have access to the course?
Access to each module is available when you enroll. The modules should be accessed sequentially, one after the other with time between for implementation of what you have learned. This is a self-paced course with recorded videos and written content. There are activities, lecture notes, handouts, activities to complete, and a private Facebook group for interactive discussions. The course and the Facebook group will be accessible as long as the course is active. Any changes will be announced in the Facebook group.
